Sarah Borsetti
Paediatric programme advisor
Your child struggles to focus, reverses letters, or teachers flag a gap that isn't closing. You've seen the paediatrician—maybe a speech therapist too. The answers stay vague, or they point toward medication you're not sure about. Your partner doesn't see the problem the same way. You're left alone with a growing worry and no idea where to start. Sarah knows this situation inside out; it's where the conversation begins.
what happens during those thirty minutes
Sarah starts by listening: the difficulties you observe day to day, the steps you've already taken, the results—or lack of them—and the doubts that remain. She doesn't make a diagnosis; this is neither an assessment nor a medical consultation. The goal is to understand the full picture, including the pieces that previous appointments may not have connected.
Sarah knows every programme in detail—ADHD, learning disabilities, ASD, stuttering—and can explain exactly what each one involves: how many sessions, how often, over what period, what you can expect to see as the weeks progress, and what insurance covers. If your child's situation matches a programme, Sarah connects you with the right therapist; if it doesn't, she tells you that too.
This session doesn't replace paediatric follow-up or a speech-therapy assessment. It carries no obligation whatsoever. Its sole purpose is to help you understand whether the centre's approaches have something to offer your child.
